No Refund Policy
We currently do not offer refunds on any products purchased from Thiral Fashion.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchange only, subject to the following conditions:
- Exchanges are accepted within 10 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and labels intact.
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for exchange.
- All the exchanging products will be delivered within 5 business days.
- In case of exchanges, customers will be required to cover the shipping costs associated with returning the item and receiving the replacement.
Opening Video Mandatory
- An unboxing / opening video is mandatory for all exchange requests related to damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
- The video must clearly show the package being opened from start to finish, without any cuts or edits.
- Exchange requests without a proper opening video will not be accepted.
Eligible Exchange Reasons
Exchange requests will be accepted only in the following cases:
- Size issues
- Manufacturing defects
- Wrong product received
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Products purchased during sales or discounts
- Items damaged due to improper use or handling
Exchange Process
To request an exchange, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with your order details and the required images/video (if applicable). Our team will review the request and guide you through the exchange process.
Claim Policy
All parcels undergo three-stage quality checks before dispatch.
Claims will be accepted only with a clear, unedited 360° opening video that shows:
- The sealed package from all sides
- Continuous unboxing of all items
- The empty package at the end
Claims submitted without a proper opening video will not be considered.
Shipping for Exchange
- Customers are required to bear the shipping charges for all returns and exchanges.
- Replacement products will be dispatched only after the returned item is received and inspected.
