Products
- Product images displayed on the website are for reference only.
- Actual product color, shade, or appearance may vary slightly when viewed in person due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution differences.
- Such minor variations shall not be considered a defect or a valid reason for exchange.
Orders & Payments
- All prices are in INR.
- Prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
- Product availability and prices may change without notice.
Shipping
- Delivery within 4–5 business days.
- Shipping charges:
- Tamil Nadu: ₹50
- South India: ₹70
- North India: ₹120
- Final shipping charges depend on pincode and weight and are shown at checkout.
Claim Policy
All parcels undergo three-stage quality checks before dispatch.
Claims will be accepted only with a clear, unedited 360° opening video that shows:
- The sealed package from all sides
- Continuous unboxing of all items
- The empty package at the end
Claims submitted without a proper opening video will not be considered.
Return & Exchange:
- No refunds.
- Exchange only within 10 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused and in original condition.
360° Opening video is mandatory for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
No exchange without a proper unedited opening video.
